  1. Prepare a tray with baking paper so the bars do not stick.
  2. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it gently in a bowl over hot water or in short microwave bursts.
  3. Stir in the butter or coconut oil until the chocolate is smooth and slightly thinner.
  4. Dip each wafer or biscuit stick into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
  5. Place the coated wafers onto the baking paper and sprinkle a little flaky salt if you like.
  6. Let the bars set at room temperature or in the fridge until the chocolate is firm, then serve.
